UK Orders: Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm GMT (Monday–Friday). Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days (£4.18); next-business-day express delivery is also available (£5.39). Free shipping on orders over £100.

International Orders: We ship to destinations available at checkout. Tracked delivery estimates are 3–5 business days for Europe and 5–7 business days for USA & Canada and Rest of World. Tracking is provided on all shipments.

All orders include tracking; tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.

Yes, we ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout. Current flat international rates are Europe £16.99, USA & Canada £16.99, and Rest of World £17.99. Delivery estimates are shown above. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the full terms. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind returns; requests involving damaged, incorrect or verifiably defective items are handled under that policy and applicable statutory rights.

Every ZENTRA product undergoes independent third-party testing. You can verify purity in two ways:

1. QR Code: Each vial includes a QR code on the label that links directly to the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis.

2. Online Verification: Visit our Verify Testing page and enter your batch number to view the full CoA.

All ZENTRA peptides are guaranteed to have a minimum purity of 99%+ as verified by independent HPLC analysis. We do not release any batch that falls below this threshold.

Bacteriostatic Water (BAC water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative. Refer to the product label and supplier documentation for product-specific composition and handling.
