At ZENTRA Peptides, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our research compounds, our returns policy is as follows:
Accepted Returns
We can only accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Damaged items — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Incorrect items received — wrong product or quantity shipped
- Quality issues — verifiable product defects with supporting evidence
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of research peptides and compounds, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior authorisation
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@zentra-peptides.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence where applicable
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
