UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 Business Days): £4.18
  • Express Delivery (Next Business Day): £5.39
  • Free Shipping: On all UK orders over £100

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

European Shipping

  • Europe Tracked (3–5 Business Days): £16.99

USA & Canada Shipping

  • USA & Canada Tracked (5–7 Business Days): £16.99

Rest of World Shipping

  • International Tracked (5–7 Business Days): £17.99

Please note: Free shipping is available on UK orders over £100 only. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping prices.

International Orders, Customs & Destination Laws

All ZENTRA Peptides products are supplied solely for lawful in-vitro research. Customers ordering for delivery outside the United Kingdom are responsible for confirming before purchase that every product in their order may lawfully be imported into, possessed and used for lawful research in the destination country. The customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for customs clearance, any required permits, duties, taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.

International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs or carrier delays outside our reasonable control. If a shipment is delayed, detained, seized, refused, destroyed or returned because of destination-country laws, import restrictions, unpaid charges, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel, ZENTRA Peptides will not be responsible for the resulting delay or loss, and a refund or replacement is not guaranteed.

If a parcel is returned to us safely and unopened, any refund will be considered after deducting the original shipping charge and any return, customs or handling costs incurred.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects any statutory rights that apply.
