Peptide Batch Verification and COA Guidance

Batch verification connects a specific ZENTRA product lot to its available analytical documentation. Each published entry identifies the compound, batch code and independent laboratory report associated with that batch. This allows researchers to check documentation against the code printed on the product label rather than relying on a general or undated certificate.

How to verify a ZENTRA batch

  1. Locate the batch code printed on the product label.
  2. Enter the complete code in the verification search above.
  3. Check that the displayed compound and batch match the physical product.
  4. Open the available certificate to review the reported analytical results.

If a code is not recognised, check the characters carefully and contact ZENTRA before relying on the product documentation.

What HPLC purity means

High-performance liquid chromatography, or HPLC, separates components within a sample and reports the relative area of the detected peaks. The stated purity result describes chromatographic purity under the laboratory method used. It does not, by itself, confirm the identity of a compound or establish suitability for any particular application.

What mass spectrometry confirms

Mass spectrometry examines mass-to-charge data and can support confirmation that the expected molecular identity is present. HPLC and mass spectrometry answer different analytical questions, so reports should be read according to the method and result actually shown rather than treated as interchangeable tests.

Batch and lot traceability

A batch-specific report is more useful than a generic certificate because it creates a traceable link between a labelled lot and its analytical record. ZENTRA publishes available reports by batch so researchers can review the relevant document directly and distinguish one production lot from another.

How to read a peptide batch report

Start with the sample name and batch reference, then confirm the analytical method, reported result and laboratory details. Review any limitations or notes included by the laboratory. A certificate should be interpreted only within the scope of the test performed: chromatographic purity, molecular identity and quantity are separate measurements and should not be assumed from one another.

Batch Verification FAQs

Is every certificate linked to a specific product batch?

The public directory is organised around ZENTRA batch codes. The product name and code shown online should correspond to the code on the product label.

Why might a newer batch not appear immediately?

Documentation is added after the relevant report has been received and checked. A product or batch may therefore be temporarily absent while its record is being prepared.

Does a purity percentage confirm molecular identity?

No. HPLC purity and molecular-identity testing are different measurements. The report should state which analytical method was performed and what the laboratory concluded.
