Same-Day Dispatch for UK Research Orders
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
What Happens Before Dispatch
- Order verification: the order and delivery details are checked.
- Batch check: the selected product and batch information are confirmed against inventory.
- Secure packaging: products are packed in discreet outer packaging with temperature-appropriate protection.
- Tracked handover: the parcel is transferred to the carrier and tracking is issued by email.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and can be affected by carrier disruption, customs checks or local import procedures. International duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking and Discreet Packaging
All orders include tracking. Exterior packaging does not display product details. The tracking link is sent once the carrier has accepted the parcel.
