Research Applications
Sermorelin is widely investigated in neuroendocrine research for its role in stimulating pulsatile growth hormone secretion from the anterior pituitary via GHRH receptor activation. Research has characterised its physiological mechanism of action, which preserves natural GH feedback regulation and pulsatile release patterns. Studies have explored its applications in GH deficiency models, age-related somatopause, body composition, bone density, and sleep architecture research. It is also used as a diagnostic tool for assessing pituitary reserve and hypothalamic-pituitary axis function.
Certificate of Analysis (CoA): Available upon request for every batch.
